A life changing experience- Rowing is the ultimate sport, providing full body/non-impact training in a team-oriented positive competitive environment.

Rowing develops skills that can be applied to life on and off the water, building determination, self-confidence, and discipline that last a lifetime.  As a sport dedicated to to teamwork and co-reliance, rowers learn to trust, and to live up to the trust of others as the team comes together as a group to move the boat to it's greatest speed.

For over 10 years, Norcal Rowing has developed high school athletes on the SF Peninsula, preparing them for competition on the race course, and the challenges of life.  These efforts have led to national championships, numerous athletes being recruiting to D1 collegiate programs, and over 750 young athletes taking to the water for a priceless experience.
