Kathleen Faust

Novice Men's Assistant Coach

Coach Kathleen discovered rowing as a master and brings with her a love of water and racing from a background of windsurfing and sailing. She is level II certified and has coached junior novice programs, assisted with varsity teams and has taught learn-to-row programs for adults. Kathleen sculls competitively and has raced in regional and national events as well as the Head of the Charles. Coming from a teaching background, she inspires others through her joy of learning, hard work and dedication. Coach Kathleen played flute and piano professionally in the U.S. and in Europe. She loves to be out on the water and does her own workouts at 5 am before heading to teach her 2nd grade classroom each day. Her hobbies include cycling, cooking, wine tasting and reading.
