Late August: Norcal Open House

Open House is a great introduction to Norcal Crew. Middle and high school aged athletes have a chance to check out rowing in person. On a Saturday in late-August, students will meet the Norcal coaches, talk with Norcal athletes and families, sit in a boat, and watch demonstrations.

Early December: Erg-a-Thon

Every December, all Norcal rowers and coxswains participate in the Norcal Erg-a-thon to raise funds for equipment that is needed to compete on a national level. Three Norcal Athletes Represent the United States at Junior and U23 World Championships
