Chuck Bonnici
Men’s U15/U16
In July 2018, Chuck Bonnici was appointed as Novice Men’s Head Coach for Norcal Crew and in Fall of 2020 he transitions to the Varsity Men’s program. Coach Chuck started rowing for Serra Crew in high school, where he competed in local and national regattas and has been involved in rowing ever since. He began by coaching Junior rowers at Serra High School and Los Gatos Rowing Club then served as an Assistant Masters coach at Bair Island Aquatic Center (BIAC) for both the Novice and Open teams. In addition to serving as Norcal Men’s Varsity Assistant Coach, Chuck is also the Novice Head Coach for BIAC masters and leads its Learn to Row program.
