Each boat is coached by experienced Norcal rowing instructors to ensure a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

All participants receive safety instruction before launching.

9:00 AM — Meet & greet
9:15 AM — Learn the rowing stroke on erg machines
9:45 AM — Launch boats and begin coached rowing
11:15 AM — Round robin team races
