Norcal Crew rows out of the Bair Island Aquatic Center at the Port of Redwood City. The aquatic center is a city-owned community organization that houses many rowing and paddling programs for juniors and adults. Some of the other rowing programs at the boathouse include the BIAC advanced, intermediate, and novice crews for adults, and the Serra High School junior rowing program.
